Sessions look at the trigger, urge and reward loop behind the behaviour. BWRT and hypnotherapy can help interrupt automatic patterns and strengthen a more useful response.

How sessions work

You can start by explaining what is happening in ordinary language.

Kim will help you identify the response or pattern you want to change, then choose the most suitable route. That may be BWRT®, clinical hypnotherapy, or a blend of both depending on your goals and what feels appropriate.

The work is not about forcing disclosure or performing in the room. It is about helping your mind and body build a different response.
