Clear beginnings

BA (Hons) • Advanced BWRT® Practitioner • Clinical Hypnotherapist
You know the moment when someone finally breathes out.
That’s the moment I work towards.
I work with people who are usually the ones holding everything together. Often capable, thoughtful, and high functioning on the outside, but exhausted by patterns that refuse to change.
My role is to help change feel simpler and safer again. We focus on what your mind is doing now, not on analysing every detail of the past.
Most people tell me they feel at ease very quickly.
I work in a calm, straightforward way. There’s no pressure to perform, no jargon, and no need to explain everything perfectly.
You won’t be asked to relive painful memories. Instead, we look at how your nervous system is responding in the present and help it settle into something more stable.
My own path into this work began after thyroid cancer changed my life in my mid thirties.
That experience reshaped how I understood fear, identity, and control. It led me to train in NLP, then hypnotherapy, and later BWRT®, which finally felt like a method that matched how people actually change.
Since 2018, I’ve worked with clients across the UK and internationally. Many come after trying other approaches and want something focused, respectful, and practical.
This is not open ended therapy. It’s a clear process with a beginning, middle, and end.
You know what will happen and what’s expected before we start.
