BWRT® and hypnotherapy are supportive approaches and results vary between individuals. If you’re unsure whether a service is suitable, please contact Kim before booking.
4. Bookings
- Booking submissions made through the website are requests until confirmed by Kim.
- If the website marks a slot as “taken”, this is to reduce duplicate requests; it is not confirmation of an appointment.
- Appointments may be online or in person (where offered), by prior agreement.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are listed on the Fees page and may change from time to time. The fee applicable to you will be confirmed when your booking is agreed.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Any notice periods and fees for late cancellations/no-shows will be confirmed at booking.
7. Confidentiality
Information you share is treated with care and handled confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.

8. Health and safeguarding
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are at risk of self-harm, or require urgent support, these services are not a substitute for emergency care. Please contact emergency services, NHS 111, or your GP.
